“Chris from SpaPro was given the job of installing our swim spa by the supplier from whom we purchased it. Chris came out the week before installation to check out the site. He didn’t take the job of simply checking out the site and walking away. Chris went ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty. He sat with us and explained all the options available to us. He gave us suggestions and recommendations including setting the spa and surrounding decking at different levels. The end result of this is something which looks like it belongs in a luxury hotel!
Aside from this level of service, he further assisted us when on installation date we found that the plan the spa company had sent to council and the Water Corp did not have the spa located where we discussed. The last thing we wanted to do was reschedule the installation. Our options were to totally change our plan with regard to how and where the spa should be installed or go fight the council and Water Corp for ammendments to approvals. Either of these choices had to happen BEFORE the crane arrived with the spa at 10.30am. Again Heather and Chris came to the rescue liasing between us and the spa company and within a two hour window everything was approved so that the spa ended where we expected.
I can’t see too many people taking on this level of interest or responsibility on our behalf. I am grateful that they did and would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Heather of SpaPro to anyone thinking of installing a spa.

I cannot believe how clean and tidy the site was at the end of the day of installation.
Chris found a small problem on the spa, but was determined the spa should be running perfectly in time for Christmas. He stayed working until 9.30pm on Christmas Eve to complete the installation. It was such a hot Christmas, but thanks to Chris we were able to cool off in our sparkling new spa!
